January 13, 2025My experience with maintenance has been nothing short of dismal. After submitting a request for maintenance on a broken shower faucet it took almost two weeks to fix after several visits from maintenance. Rather than fixing the issue maintenance several times shut off our water for hours on end, ordered the wrong part for the shower, and left us unable to take a hot shower for nearly two weeks. While the shower was technically producing water it was never as hot as before. On top of that we ...submitted a request for a broken washing machine, this took two weeks to be addressed and when it was a new machine was installed that still did not work properly. The machine does not produce water. Due to this we have had to submit yet another maintenance request. After the washer was installed lint was tracked all over our carpets and items from the closet were strewn about the living room. This has been incredibly disruptive to our lives and still, we are unable to wash clothing.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2024I’ve love the Staples Mill Townhomes Community. Everyone in maintenance and the leasing office are courteous, kind and professional. The maintenance crews are great and responds to requests within a few hours. I love the different events that the leasing office does to involve the community. My only issue are people not taking pride in where they live and have garbage on the floor, don’t pick up after their pets and let their pet run free without being on a leash. DO NOT MOVE HERE
November 22, 2024Do not let the pretty pool and small dog park fool you into moving here. Roaches, horrible property management. They try to nickel and dime you out of everything thing they can. My ceiling caved in 3 times but they would not move me into another unit unless I paid. When I moved out even though lease said we could paint the walls I was charged to repaint the walls. They are terrible horrible money hungry crappy apartments. The apartment is not worth the amount charged. DONT DO IT!!Property Manager Responded
