Amazing huge two floor apartments near the ocean
September 25, 2015Huge, two floor apartment near the ocean, school, stores, and Coney Island attractions. Maintenance very friendly and responsible. Building management are making renovations to make building's conditions better.Review from Apartments.com
Costly
August 14, 2015Well I must start off by saying that the building that I live in was very nice. I moved in 1989 and it was beautiful. I only paid $550 a month. Now that it is 2015 I am paying $1500 a month and the building is the worse. I come home from work and all I smell is weed all over. People throwing garbage out the window. Also asking them to fix things in the apartment. They tell you they will be there and you take off from work and they don't show up. I use to love it a long time ago. I am ...just not able to move because it cost to much. It is so depressing now. The only thing I could say about the building is the view.
