You don’t get an email when a late fee is charged and more fees are added daily. So it’s nice when you log into your resident portal ONCE A MONTH TO PAY RENT, and see all the late fees that racked up that you knew nothing about. :-) wow this place sucks.

But still a great deal that includes WiFi, all rooms have the fancy cable, snow removal, repairs, deck cleaning/painting, new windows...come on. If you owned a townhouse the fees for this would be crazy. Ok, still I sound like I work here...but I don’t. I simply have lived in many states...and have always rented. I only wish laundry wasn’t in the garage...but again...I have hook ups in MY GARAGE, I still would like a bigger kitchen though. Lol. I think this is a great place for couples, single people, college students, working professionals and older people who are not into snow removal, loud parties and lax management. I’d refer a friend or family to live here.
