December 3, 2024Good apartment, yet management team is just fine. They try to make things convenient for them at the cost of their residents. So if you leave here, you have to pay a lot extra. Also, the maintenance is not very responsive. September 9, 2024As a student, I can say that this is a nice location to stay, with Target/Publix/Atlantic Station just a walk away. I had some initial issues with my utilities (eg. valet trash), but Deja at the front office helped me sort them out! She also helped a lot during the whole leasing process, and was quite responsive. Fetch being mandatory feels like a little bit of an inconvenience, since it's not locker-based - packages go to a warehouse from where you decide when to get it home-delivered, which ...adds time to your delivery timeline. July 31, 2024Living at Steelworks is quite safe and sound. I love the apartment complex, it's quiet, calm, and perfectly located.
