June 21, 2024Trashy. Tenants are rude. Maintenance is missing in action. Management is MIA as well. No follow up on complaints.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2021The place recently became trashy. Litter on the ground, dumpster area has trash all over it. The maintenance man used to go around and pick up every day, but since a new manager showed up I haven't seen the maintenance man. 2 weeks. Homeless people constantly around the area. Noisy. Police show up all the time. The only good thing about the place... rent is a little cheaper than the rest of overpriced Bend.Review from Apartments.com
