    Great Maintenance Staff The maintenance staff was great! We had asked the office a week earlier to fix a toilet that continued to run after flushing. They said they would put in a work order but the staff was working on routine maintenance and it may take a while. I then put in a work order on line and the maintenance staff was then within hours. Great maintenance staff. Office staff I think you dropped the ball.

    Maintenance Request Our furnace was making a nasty sound so we called the emergency number at 8am and thought things would be taken of- well after waiting until 3pm we called the office and they had not gotten any report up to that point- once they knew it was handled within an hour. Only frustration was the break down in communication- once the office was aware it was taken care of with not issues

    Awesome I called in a work order on my dishwasher, Sean and Tony were able to repair so I did not need to wash dishes with my upcoming holiday events. I was appreciative that the office was able to assist with scheduling and the guys were able to provide the needed repair. I am thankful for their knowledge and proficiency as they diagnosed the problem and provided a solution same day.

    Top Notch Maintenance Upon moving in (in December), my furnace had a part that went out. It became progressively colder - causing me to call after hours maintenance. Not only did they promptly arrive, but they fixed the problem AND brought me 2 large space heaters in case it went out through the night.     Furnace rm ceiling and kitchen light cleaning Furnace room ceiling had several large holes and maintenance covered. Kitchen light cover was full of dead bugs and they cleaned it out.
