November 14, 2024Water The maintenance man who worked on my garbage disposal accidentally poked a hole in a pipe under the sink. That evening I turned on the kitchen faucet as I needed hot water. It takes sometime for the water to get hot. I went to the refrigerator to start preparing my dinner. I went back to the sink to check the water temperature..I stepped in a pool of water that was on the floor I then looked under the sink and water was pouring out of the pipe. I shut the water off. However, by then water ...was all over the floor and under the sink. I had to remove all items from under the sink. I used several towels to soak up the water on the floor and under the sink. I had to throw away a few items that were under the sink. The next day the maintenance man returned apologized and fixed the leak. Other then that he did an excellent job with my washer and closet door.Property Manager Responded
