Erroneously threw away my wife's wedding dress and then stopped responding
February 18, 2024We lived in Stonehenge 70 for ~3 years. A month before leaving for a new apartment (in the process of moving out), the management got into our apartment and erroneously trashed everything that was inside - including my wife's wedding dress. They apologies profusely at first, asked us for receipts (which we provided) and told us they will compensate for the mistake. And then one day they suddenly stopped responding to all phone calls, emails and attempts to contact them.Review from Apartments.com
Waiting for months for a simple repair
June 5, 2023The bottom shelf of my refrigerator broke in half about a year ago. I lived with it as long as I could and then began submitting work orders to the building manager. I was told by the manager that they would get a replacement part since last November 2022. No further response. I have to pile all my groceries on the first two shelves. The only thing the manager asked when he came to see it months ago was: Does the refrigerator keep food cool. Not really the point when I have to pile all my ...groceries on two small upper shelves.
