October 10, 2020They are remodeling all the apt, but if you look close at the listed amenities and add-ons they list things multiple times, like they have a pool under one benefit, but list they have resort pools under anther benefit. Overall nice and safe place to live, but do not trust the management, they will lie to you, your basic rent quickly adds up when they add additional fees, some features they list don't exsist, like there is no courtesy patrol, it even says so in the lease. If the management can ...lie to you, they will try to get you to pay for anything. Like I say they are trying to be a high end apt complex, but in reality it is a mid-level apt complex that has a nice shine to it, but watch what you sign or it could cost you the already over-priced apts.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
