    StonePointe is a safe and well-maintained community in a very safe area. It is close to recreational and many business sites. It is pet friendly and sustainability is strong focus. Management is very responsive, and the maintenance team works diligently to resolve tenant issues. Really enjoy living here.

    Absolutely loved working with Mandy to get into my apartment, she made it an easy transition and was a huge help with all the steps along the way. The apartment is clean with update appliances and the heated pool, spa, and exercise equipment are fantastic. Love the game/food nights and the gated community aspect as well.     First place for girlfriend and I; we have been on the hunt for months. Stonepointe has by far stood out from everyone else. Staff is incredible, units are immaculate, feels more like a house. Everyone we have come across that lives there are very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place. Would have no problem with us renewing our lease without second guessing.
