April 10, 2020This is obviously a dated building and overall worth the price of rent offered with all incentives considered, but there are so many little things that I feel might be scaring away the middle range renters that might want something cheap but still comfortable. My unit is updated and very nice, but the outer door and others doors around me look very bad. At first I was afraid of who my neighbor might be, but thankfully I met them and they're okay. Just hard not to wonder when the units appear to ...be intimidating with slurs and scratches on the doors, etc. Thanks!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
