February 27, 2024These apartments are an absolute lie. Only the redone ones look like this. If you walk through the dirty hallways you will instantly reconsider. They may have redone the appliances, the plumbing will always back up. I have videos of my ceiling leaking from a pipe bust and that’s regular. I haven’t been able to use my dryer in a year, the problem has been reported and they refuse to fix it. 8955 if yall see this and decide yall wanna fix your poor management. Can’t even get a hold of new ...management. She is rude and will decline your call and tell you to “text her” but will take hours to respond to a text even if it’s an emergency. Not to mention she is never in the office. This place sucks so bad, don’t rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015The area is nice here, minutes from Stony Creek Metro Park, local shopping, and Downtown Rochester. Apartments are nice, a bit pricey for what you get. Property management is understanding and maintenance responds fairly quickly when notified.Review from Apartments.com
Lowcost apartments
August 1, 2015The management is very friendly. They need to replace the fridges, stoves, and dishwashers to make them more updated and energy efficient. Apartments are large for the area and in great schools. People in the apartments out here are slobs though. They leave garbage laying every and don't care what it looks like. Maintenance tries to keep it cleaned up. I like that they accept pets out here.Review from Apartments.com
