Don’t rent
October 30, 2024The property owners could care less about safety and providing a nice place to live. They only care about getting money on time, and then they add fees, and don’t tell you. They are impossible to contact. My carpet is ripped, no updates since the 70s. Sinks, tub and floor are so old, they’re impossible to clean, so they keep the deposit. Do not Rent
February 24, 2023We sent our payment for rent and they sent the money back and now we got an email about a possible eviction. They have also asked if we would want an open apartment downstairs because somebody wanted to move into ours, we obviously wanted an upstairs so why ask that? Unsafe!
September 15, 2021The apartments have become unsafe. There have been numerous car break-ins, thefts, etc. over the past few months. The new management company (PLS) refuse to implement safety measures to keep the residents safe from the increase in crime.Review from Apartments.com
Loud and noisy!
January 23, 2021These used to be decent, safe apartments years ago but lately they have gotten bad. Loud, noisy renters slamming, banging, stomping and nothing gets done about it. Floors and walls are paper thin. The landlord has gotten way to lenient with the type of people he allows to move into the community. Complaints are ignored because the people causing the noise deny it. Floors vibrate from loud tv, slamming of outside door. Screaming toddlers and constant visitors causing way too much commotion and ...disturbance. No opportunity to relax in peace and quiet. Smoking in non smoking buildings as well as weed smells up the buildings. One laundry machine for eight families isn’t enough. No parking because visitors take residence spots so people who pay rent have to walk halfway across the lot to their buildings. Music from the parking lot vibrates windows and it come from two different buildings. Garbage constantly spilling out of the small dumpsters. People from the neighborhood are always dumping their furniture and it sits out for several days. Very unsightly!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015This place is ok. Landlord is impossible to get a hold of. There have been no updates to bathrooms or kitchens since the 70s. Allows dogs and cats and the people are niceProperty Manager Responded

You can text me anytime at 309-369-3440. Or, drop me a note in the office door. We have done updates such as popular paint colors, plank flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, stainless steel type appliances, etc. Our improvements and updates are always ongoing and we take pride in our maintenance. Please make an appointment to come check us out! (Small pets under 25 lbs are considered on a case by case basis) And YES, our community of people ARE very nice! Jim
