coldest part of winter because they would not return my phone calls and ended up having to pay to get repairs done myself. I have been telling them since I moved in that my heat pump was failing since the upstairs does not heat or cool at all and they told me that I was a liar and over exaggerating, and continue to say this as my power bills are now climbing over $300 a month. The heat pump is almost 40 years old. They also do not maintanence their heat pumps or clean their duct work. When I asked the office manager about it she said they "didn't do that." It's not in my lease that I am responsible for it, so that means it's not getting done. Pest control is worthless and either doesn't spray the unit or puts down 2-3 squirts of pesticide randomly downstairs. Complained about this as well but nothing happened. Talked to my neighbors and they also had things unrepaired (one neighbor has a partially collapsed ceiling in one of his upstairs bedrooms). Do not move here. They do not care about you.
