I have complained to least 4 for times to get the living room and still no has showed to clean up the mess I found I moved in. Bad customer service all round. If I Could Leave A Negative Review I Would
February 14, 2023A part from the older gentleman that's come by to attend to our maintenance request, every other staff member has poor custom service. I have left 2 voicemail messages and sent 1 email over the course of 2 weeks just to have someone give me a call and I still haven't received a reply. Just an automated message stating that my message has been received. That doesn't even include the countless times I've called and no one has answered or ever answers the phones. You all pride yourselves on ...assisting your attendees but this is never the case. I've been here going on 2 years and the customer service has decreased tremendously. The worst place I have ever lived in
August 9, 2022There is mold in the ceiling of the guest bathroom. The staff is rude and unhelpful. My apartment has had a roach infestation since I moved there. For 9 months I lived with roaches that had spread so bad that they were crawling on me in my sleep. I got no response from the leasing office for months, and when I finally did, the issue was never resolved. It took 3 months before they identified the start of the spread, the apartment right above me that we had complained about prior. They had a ...roach infestation so bad that the cleaning crew was complaining about maggots. No matter how much I cleaned, they always came back. No matter how diligently I packed and cleaned, they followed me to my new home that I now have to treat for the next 3 weeks so I can sleep again.
