Horrible Place
September 20, 2024I will list all the reasons you should avoid this place like the plague. Parking garage is never pressure washed and is full of soot from cars (the floors are all black), all the trash cans around the building are always full, illegal drug use everywhere, they will charge you for anything and everything, management is unresponsive, dont get tricked by the pretty pictures pool and gym really suck, and by far worst issue is the elevators are always down i have waited upwards of 5 minutes to get ...down from the 11th floor huge risk for emergencies. unorganized
May 14, 2023I was really disappointed with this place - it was completely disorganized. Their email responses took forever, and when I finally received a reply, the information was incorrect. It's important to know that the moving-in process can take several days, and they don't allow phone conversations. To make matters worse, I received an email saying I could move in, but the next day they retracted the offer. Overall, it was an extremely messy and unorganized experience. Illegal DRUG use happens ALL the time
June 7, 2021I was obligated to move out after SEVERAL complaints of mariguana smoke getting inside my apartment. Nothing, absolutely nothing was done about it. Most of the time you can smell in in the hallways and even the elevators. Police also, would not do anything about it. Very disappointing.Property Manager Responded
