Nightmare
September 30, 2023I booked my lease back in April. They assured me the facility would be fully renovated by August 18 move in. When my child arrive to attend the university a few days before the 18th we got an email that the premises would not be ready and my child will be staying in a hotel. My child stayed in a hotel for 5 weeks. Then, with only a few hours notice, my child had to vacate the hotel and move into the apartment. Unfortunately, the property was not ready for occupancy. There have ...been many problems, such as raw sewage, flowing out of sinks, and bathtubs. The amenities promised are not even near completion. There is no pool. There is no fitness center. There is no guest parking. This was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. They have been many newspaper, articles and television pieces about this fiasco.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
