Feels like home!!
July 25, 2024My son and I have been living in Suburban Park Apartments for a month now. The Management has been very professional and welcoming. The apartment itself is larger than I anticipated and is bright and open. The apartment building is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to so many good restaurants and stores. Awesome management!
December 11, 2017I have been living here for a couple of years and this is the first manager that has given a hoot about what goes on in this property! I hope that she remains here, they have been through several managers. I had several issues and they were finally taken care of. I really recommend this place, any property has problems, but I feel safe here as I’m a single mom.Review from Apartments.com

Nice place with the wrong community
September 6, 2015The apartment is nice with walk in closet but the people you live around don't keep there place nice. Management claims they will enforce things but that never happens they seem to let a lot of things slide such as having the people patio look a hot mess, mattresses outside with toys all over the place. It would be a great place if they would follow up on things. Also they don't mind people smoking illegal drugs in the apartment or kids playing in the parking lot or foyer then this is a great ...place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Kind of like an expensive trailer park without the trailers
August 13, 2015The rent is fair when you move in, but after a year it goes higher and higher. When you put in a work order for maintenance, if they don't feel like dealing with you they will put the work order as "completed" when no one shows up. If you have a top floor prepare to melt in the summer and have the lease office tell you it's "normal" to have a 90 degree apartment. They have kids running around at all hours of the day and people slam their doors without concern of others. But if you don't mind ...all that business, the actual apartments are OKAY. Two of my closet doors have fallen off track, I have a leak in my roof, the hot water randomly goes on and off and my toilet is running constantly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015My apartment is a small two bedroom apartment for my 2 month old daughter, my boyfriend and I. The walls and door fixtures are incredibly cheap and things break so easily, it costs a ton of money to ask maintenance to fix things and they take weeks to even come look at the problem, but financially were in a bad spot, anything even pennies would help.
