The community is like out of a fairy tale...Neighbors are so friendly, and everyone is always happy and smiling, walking down the sidewalk with their family and pets. Never a dull moment here. Did I mention you can go fishing in the lake?! Safest place to live with your family. The vibe here is like an escape from the chaos that lives outside these gates. June 10, 2024I have been living at Sugar Mill Apartments in Columbus, GA, and there are several aspects I really appreciate. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the complex a pleasant and inviting appearance. The rent is reasonable, especially considering the size of the rooms—they are huge and offer plenty of space. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and address any issues, which is a major plus. It's great to have a specific area for package collection. Additionally, the management ...is making efforts to organize more social activities, which is great for building a sense of community. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. At night, it’s difficult to see the divider when turning into the complex, which can be a safety concern. The amenities are good, and it appears that they are always seeking ways to make improvements.Property Manager Responded
