Suite Liv'n on Birch Apartments

decoration from my door, outside my apartment and became DOOR bangers!! BANG. RUN. Not too appreciated by heart patient here. SO…August 2023 couldn’t have been happier but a few residents create a challenging environment now. Pictures now must be removed from the wall or they “remove themselves “ from the effects of the doors vacuuming. I’m disappointed as things seemed really good with residents and respectful attitudes but now(July 2024) it’s changed. People My apartment is spacious and everything clean upon moving in. Everything supplied works as intended. Windows and screens were solid and water pressure was good. All electric was good and supplied appliances new. All solid through Winter months with NO negative issues. Grounds are maintained by workers. Our laundry area was good; again, individual care is sometimes lacking as people don’t clean up their messes (laundry soap spills, dryer lint)so that’s puzzling since it’s so easy. The move in by process was good; Tahj’ee is organized and informative. Very welcoming feeling coming in(welcomed by tenants also)and IS QUIET at nighttime. Nothing stupid late nights. Most buildings look presentable as I walk where one can see several which are across the street. Nothing “funky” around the buildings and tidy. Good location for accessing Marshall and roads. Taxi service NEVER fails so if you need that help it IS AVAILABLE here; public transportation is visible everywhere so getting about is easy(compared to other cities/areas)if you’re without an auto. There’s much potential as last year was VERY nice upon my moving in. My building “became challenging “ due to human behavior; the overall area (look at a map) is peaceful and quiet! Open space to walk and the people of Marshall have been welcoming as well. GOOD LUCK! CjT
