    I have lived here for over 10 years and this property has gone down here so much in the last two years. Constant problems with the management ? There has been numerous incidents with armed robberies, break ins, and even a homicide on the property. They are very slow with maintenance requests and are constantly cutting the water off. With no warning. The rent keeps going up!!! They are towing cars for no reason and they don't care who they move in!!! Just want their money ? I use to love it ...

    Bastante desecionada con esta propiedad cuando uno llama para preguntarles por una solución quieren que uno haga el trabajo de ellos no tenemos luz desde el sábado y no han querido hacer nada para resolver el problema quieren que una llame a la energía de luz y lo peor es que se molestan cuando uno les pregunta no se porque tienen gente trabajando si no van hacer nada.

    The people in the office are very helpful at times, maintenance request are completed usually on time but sometimes they do need a reminder. the reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water is shut down a lot for maintenance. if you have kids it's a great place to stay because there a lot of kids playing outside in the morning but after about 8 p.m. it's quiet no one is hanging around outside. the updates they did to the apartments are great for the electric bills.

    This is a really great area. very quiet and peaceful. The grasses are naturally green. It has such a nice pathway to walk to where the cars are parked and one of the great features about this place is the big tress, which makes is wonderfully beautiful.

    YOU CAN ACTUALLY WALK OUTSIDE THIS GATED COMMUNITY AND FEEL SAFE. EVERTHING YOU COULD WANT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. CAFES, RESTURANTS, GROCERY STORES, BANKS. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE AMMENITIES ARE AWSOME. BUT THE BEST THING IS THAT YOUR NEIGHBOORS ARE SO FRIENDLY. THEY ALLOW PETS AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL.
