October 17, 2022Summer Gate needs to work on their communication.. they have a tendency to turn off the water at random hours, without notice. Also, they will change your mailbox lock without notice. They have poor communication with their residents.Review from Apartments.com

Summer Gate Review
August 13, 2021Property is quiet and well kept, staff is amazing I've been a resident since Covid first started and I was so pleased how the staff donated food, gave away mask and cleaning supplies.
