Lease terms are brutal
September 21, 2023To get out of the lease you have to pay a fee of two months rent which is like $2000 plus you have to pay two months rent which is another $2000 plus they keep your deposit which could be another $1000 so just to end the lease you better have at least $5000 to give these peopleProperty Manager Responded

Excellent Place to Call Home
March 27, 2018My girlfriend and I moved into a one bedroom apartment at Summer West last year. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and continued to be so throughout our stay. When we moved in, our apartment was in excellent condition. We have only had one problem since we moved in - a small water leak from our toilet. Maintenance very quickly resolved the issue. The apartments and grounds are very well maintained. It is quiet and safe, a good fit for singles, couples, and families.
