December 5, 2024I have not had a very good experience since I moved in. The management never did anything to address my concerns. She was only polite face to face, but I have never heard a word from her since. It looks like she is gone now, and a man is there. He is no better. It has been over a week since I left a message for him to call me back concerning an issue in the apartment complex. I think the screening process needs to be more thorough and put more emphasis on workers and management who care about ...their jobs.Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2024Don't like how water and sewer bill are estimate. To much noise Breeze way and step are very nasty and dirty walls in Breeze way Tented leave trash out in Breeze way from Friday to Sunday very smelly and looks horrible, bugs are crewing out trash. Mail being stolen. This is not what we expectedProperty Manager Responded

November 11, 20242 BR/ BA apt very nice. However management has changed twice since I have lived here for 8 months with a horrible transition to the new. Every time I go in office staff looks stressed . Maintenance men all 3 quit at same time and had been doing an excellent as far as I could tell. Took 2-4 rehire and the grounds were terrible. Trash cans over flowing. Debris like paper and trash flying everywhere. Trash dumpster overflowing for weeks. No garbage pickup Ponds were so lovely when I moved here ...with fountains working. Now just stagnant ugly water. Mail room overflowing with packages that people have not picked up probably because they don’t even live there anymore. Staff does not to seem to be of any help there. Swimming pool and weight room ok.Property Manager Responded
