May 2, 2025My experience has been good. Whenever I have something that needs fixing or replacing, maintenance typically comes and gets it done within a day. My only concern is still the entrance gate not being operational.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2025Still waiting to see when these new gates that were installed months ago are going to start actually being used because I loved paying for a gated community that hasn't been really gated for months. But they sure will send out those rent increases ????. The countless time of random teenage groups hanging by the pool trying to sell drugs and they don't even live here and the near misses of trying to leave and enter the community again because they installed gates that have yet to work and it's ...coming up on almost a year that they have been here.Property Manager Responded

March 21, 2025The gates have been broken too long. People try speeding through them without watching if anyone else is there. And they are going out the entrance and in the exit. One car tried to come in through exit while I was going out it and even tried to make me back up so they could enter through there.Property Manager Responded
