Great year so far!
September 21, 2023Been here for almost a year and it's been great! The staff is lovely and the maintenance has always been quick. Just did our lease renewal and it was super easy. Signed it from our phone and they even called to let us know everything went smooth!Property Manager Responded

Do not let the photos fool you!
August 23, 2016This property no longer has a pool. It was torn out due to the complex no longer wanting to deal with it. As far as the people go in the community : kids run around with no supervision often almost being hit by cars, high turn over rate, rent to people who have animals and then the entire building stinksReview from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015Summer House Apartments is a great, safe place to live, the apartments are really nice, affordable and clean. They are very good about the upkeep on the apartments and fixing things when needed. The staff here at the complex are very respectful and pleasant.
