November 1, 2024Love this place! Great area to be in, lots to do and nice clean area. It’s peaceful and quiet and everyone so far has been very nice. My apartment now it’s such an upgrade compared to my old one. Also very safe. I see security often walking around or on golf carts and the gates stay closed.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2024Summerly at Zanjero is a great community to live in! They have 2 pools, a park for your little ones, a beautiful club house and gym! September 2, 2024Worst place ever. Workers in office are never there, never answer phone calls. Communication all together is unsat. Will never stay here ever again. Everything breaks in the apartments from doors to washer dryer to cabinets. Low quality but they make it look nice so people are interested in itProperty Manager Responded

September 9, 2024I really like Summerly but I think the only downside is the parking situation. Because you only get one parking spot per apartment, even if you have two bedroom apartment. And the uncovered parking spots are so far away from the apartmentProperty Manager Responded

August 19, 2024so far, I have been a resident for almost a year now. The staff in maintenance crew as Summerly At Zanjero has been absolutely phenomenal. They have been able to address any concerns. I have in a very timely fashion. As well as making the community feel more home like and very friendly with my fellow renters.
