November 1, 2024Love this place! Great area to be in, lots to do and nice clean area. It’s peaceful and quiet and everyone so far has been very nice. My apartment now it’s such an upgrade compared to my old one. Also very safe. I see security often walking around or on golf carts and the gates stay closed.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024Summerly at Zanjero is a great place to live. Safety was a major factor when trying to find somewhere to live and I do feel safe here. The gates work and they have security at all times. It is peaceful and clean. I appreciate the time and work this complex puts into their space. September 23, 2024Summerly at Zanjero is a great community to live in! They have 2 pools, a park for your little ones, a beautiful club house and gym! September 2, 2024Worst place ever. Workers in office are never there, never answer phone calls. Communication all together is unsat. Will never stay here ever again. September 9, 2024I really like Summerly but I think the only downside is the parking situation. Because you only get one parking spot per apartment, even if you have two bedroom apartment. And the uncovered parking spots are so far away from the apartmentProperty Manager Responded
