The Maintenance team and the members in leasing office ( special shoutout to Alex) are very good in their job and do it very well. It's a good community. Very peaceful. November 26, 2024The complex is quiet. The staff doesn't regulate who uses the covered parking as tenants are supposed to have a sticker to use. The fees charged on top of the rent each month will vary and won't be fixed so be prepared for that. The staff also won't notify you if there's been a new rate for the fee.
