    The management is great, every time I have had a problem maintenance person has shown up the same day to fix it. The management is very good, I have never had an issue they didn't fix.

  • Nice Apartments but Poor Management

    Management is helpful when you're looking to lease but they do a very poor job of addressing actual issues when you are a resident. Seem more interested in filling apartments than truly managing issues that negatively impact residents' quality of life.

    The interiors of the properties are nice however they raised the rent in some cases over $100 a month causing a mass exodus, then stopped watering the grass or trimming, weeds everywhere.

    I worked with Briana and she was amazing. Its never easy finding a place out of state that you won't have a chance to see until you move, but she made it a great experience. She told me about the area and offered resources for me to see the property online, and answered questions I didn't know I had. Great communication and all the processes were streamlined. I had many options in the area but she gave me the confidence that this was the right choice. Thanks again.

    My family and I love our new town home. We are literally minutes away from all of the shops and restaurants so we are saving tons in gas. This is the perfect location if you love being close to everything while still living in a quiet neighborhood. Not only are the homes lovely, the staff makes the residents their top priority.

    The moment I walked in the office I was greeted by a team of friendly office staff. Each team member made me feel like I was the only person they were working with. I was already sold when I saw the beautiful clubhouse so once I seen their town homes I immediately knew I was home. My time here at Summit Crossing has been a pleasant one thus far and my fiance and I plan to be here for a while.

    I have lived here at Summit Crossing for almost a year now and it has been great! The staff, maintenance and the neighborhood is so friendly. Moving here from Florida was a little stressful. I have only looked at the videos and pictures before officially moving in and i could not have been any happier with my home. Everything exceeded my expectations here at Summit Crossing!
