Nice Apartments but Poor Management
February 14, 2022Management is helpful when you're looking to lease but they do a very poor job of addressing actual issues when you are a resident. Seem more interested in filling apartments than truly managing issues that negatively impact residents' quality of life.Review from Apartments.com

September 4, 2021The interiors of the properties are nice however they raised the rent in some cases over $100 a month causing a mass exodus, then stopped watering the grass or trimming, weeds everywhere.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2020I worked with Briana and she was amazing. Its never easy finding a place out of state that you won't have a chance to see until you move, but she made it a great experience. May 13, 2020My family and I love our new town home. We are literally minutes away from all of the shops and restaurants so we are saving tons in gas. This is the perfect location if you love being close to everything while still living in a quiet neighborhood. May 13, 2020The moment I walked in the office I was greeted by a team of friendly office staff. Each team member made me feel like I was the only person they were working with. I was already sold when I saw the beautiful clubhouse so once I seen their town homes I immediately knew I was home.
