Quiet, Lovely Units, Great Maintenance and Office Staff
May 5, 2025I moved into Summit Knolls 13 months ago from a different state. It has been a great experience. The neighbors are quiet, the maintenance guy, Kevin is very friendly and quick to help. No issues with in-unit utilities. The units have a great open design with natural light, parking is excellent, the lawn is well kept. Office staff is communicative, friendly, and professional. Great location near lots of shopping, food, bank branches, etc. Very walking/biking friendly.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management
March 27, 2024Lived there for 8 years. The last 3 months got a new neighbor with a barking dog. Complained several times to maintenance with no avail. Then spoke directly with the property manager several more times. Every time I was told to suck it up and deal with it because they were unable to enforce there own noise policy.Property Manager Responded

New owner is money hungry
February 16, 2024New owner has raised rent by over 30% for no reason other than the market dictates that. Quality apartment at a fraction of the cost!!!
October 5, 2018My Fiancé and I moved in back in mid June 2018 and we have zero complaints. Landlord is very easy to work with. They don’t hound you for payments. They fix everything right away. Great place to live
May 23, 2016We only just moved here and have been here just a few weeks but already we love it . We have a great view of the pond and we love all the trees and woods around us.
