Huge Place, Not Huge Rent

It may be an old house, but this is the most comfortable, most roomy apartment I've ever lived in. This apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor of a 1930s-era house and is pretty huge for being a "3-bedroom." In fact, they should probably call it a "3-bedroom with another bedroom and another half bedroom." Those extra spaces (both off the living room) currently serve as an office and an exercise room. Who can have an office AND an exercise room in an apartment?! Me. That's who. Two other things: ...
1) the landlords are fantastic people. They are kind, responsive, and accommodating, so as long as you pay your rent, you'll have a very pleasant experience here. And 2) in 10 minutes you can walk to downtown Summit to the train (40-min to NY Penn Station) and many good restaurants. Overall, a wonderful place to live. And you will not find a better monthly rent for this amount of space. Seriously... don't even try.
