About Sun Ridge Apartments
Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance. Unit 107 is a 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It features stainless steel and white appliances, tile countertops, a tile backsplash, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The bathroom also boasts a tile countertop and tile backsplash. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio, and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet flooring. Rent is $1,675.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $75.00/month per person. One free reserved offstreet uncovered parking space. Refundable security deposit of $900.00. Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. Limited portable A/C units available. At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Great place to live in Kenmore
July 31, 2016My sister and I lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years. It's close to the park and ride and rent is cheaper than any place we looked at. It's a safe complex with cameras and one front door which has a code. The management is great and if you have any issues they are addressed quickly. We only moved out because of family medical issues. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
