it served it's purpose
October 4, 2022Sun florin was ok, I lived on the main street side which sucked, you heard traffic all day and night and it only quieted down between the hours of 2-4am. I did have to deal with some roaches which they called water bugs SMH , I clearly know they difference (I used ortho home defense to keep them at bay) and also seen rats crawling across my patio. Other than the homeless digging in the trash, I can say management was ok and so was the handyman he fixed stuff promptly and was always courteous. ...Lastly, I was filing my light sockets so bugs couldn't come through and a whole termite fell out, that's what made me say " I have to go' this place is old but not worth how money much they are trying to charge. if you need a quick place to stay and oly pln to stay a year, go for it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 1, 2016sunflorin village apts. on florin road is not really a bad place to live . its quiet.at night and most people are friendly . but the apts themselves are not worth that kind of money. the cabnetry is worn out as the apliances are too. the hardware is out dated. its like a one bedfoom is woth about 650 a month plus their requirment and deposite fres are way to highReview from Apartments.com
