Parking is horrible!
May 17, 2020Currently renting. I have 1 neighbor out of 5 surrounding me and yet there is never any parking after sun down. Every. Single. Night. One apartment has atleast 3 to 4 TRUCKS and yet they all have stickers but there are atleast 10 cars every single night that have no sticker at all. Never even seen a tow truck come through. If i work overnight, i have to park in the visitor parking at the apartments next door which is ridiculous. Camplained many time and yet here i sit with nowhere to park. Also ...floors are messed up in every apartment ive seen. Cabinets have about 30 coats of paint and silicone is like duct tape to them seeing that they use it like it will fix anything. Glad to see im not the only one that has said something about the parking. Whats the point of the stickers if anyone parks wherever they want....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
If I could give it a negative star I would!
May 8, 2018Worse place to live! Management is never in office there's never a place to park, when you call cooperate no one ever calls back. Rent will come up missing, just a really bad place to live maintenance will take weeks before showing up. Sewage will come up from the sink's toilet and you will be without water for a day.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2016Been living here with my boyfriend for a year. At first it wasn't what we wanted, but it was our first place. Moving out because we need a bigger place. I'm going to miss my neighbors. Very playful/settle place. Roaches, but great manager/maintenance, always fixing things, very few problems. Perfect place for 2 people & a dog. Like I said, I love this place because it looks shabby from the outside, but the inside is very taken care of.
