    We went there to rent a place, after just ten minutes the hidden cost were crazy, for trash, and water, almost every place we looked at the water was covered. Then was told have to have income three times to cost of monthly rent, even after i agreed to pay 6 months up front because as folks our age we did not bring in 6 grand a month but did bring in 5200 that was not good enough. We had all our financials, background checks, and more then enugh in the bank to cover the whole year and were told ...

    For.what they r asking for the units is crazy. Did a walk throu on a 2 bed 2 bath unit. It has a broke floor tile that was patch with concrete. Couldn't even open the patio door. The pool.was dirty as heck. The buildings r discussing, need to b pressure washed. It is amazing how these complexes make all this money for years but scant do up keep on the units, building and property. Just don't get it.

    This is one of the worst places to live do not let them trick you into signing the lease, once you sign it you no longer matter. It seems that they never have any answers to any of our questions or problems, I have to wait for the manager to get back to me which never calls me back. The prices are ridiculous they raise your rent and add all these extra charges to your bill every month, like the security which does nothing I’ve lived here three years and I have only seen them once.Management is ...

    I just want to Thank -Dalgis (Property Manager) at Sunset Palms for being so attentive, professional and caring. Thank you for caring and for bringing Sunset Palms back to Shine! . I also want to thank your maintenance team for attending to the issues I had on my apartment in a timely manner. Looking forward to a t least 2 more years here until I buy my own house otherwise, I will definitely stay longer!

    I just moved in 3 weeks ago, and absolutely love my apartment. It is very spacious, clean, but most of all it is a very quiet community. The staff is very informative and friendly. The maintenance staff is very attentive in their job and quick at fixing problems. Had minor problem at move-in and was resolved immediately.

    Since I have lived here the property has been sold twice. When I moved in here the community was run professionally, office staff was courteous and addressed issues in a timely Manner. Fast forward to current manangent and it quite the opposite. There is revolving staff all the time which is never a good sign. The current office staff including the so-called manager Delgis and Yury the “leasing” not only can barely speak english they are rude and unprofessional. I have personally seen Yury speed ...
    through the parking lot entrance and honks repeatedly at cars that are pulling out of spots as she speeds her way in. I have seen her transport her family in the golf carts, I have a hard time believing the golf carts are approved for the staffs personal use. The icing on the cake is how she takes selfies and tags herself on the property’s Facebook page for all to see her hard at work at her desk. Her professionalism is a joke. These people will not only disregard any issues in your apartment, they will advise you to handle issues on your own in breach of your lease. I have had an issue in my apartment for the past 6 mons and these people attempt to address it but do not follow up and still it is not resolved after countless inline work orders, face-to-face reporting to staff, phonecalls, and threats of legal action. They also do not inspect apartments periodically as they should. The pest control company they use is also unprofessional and they do not inspect or spray as they should. Delgis the manager is rude, aloof and clueless. She should tell Yuri to stay off the grass too as she has rudely told tenants to do so. Perhaps she should also tell Yuri how unsafe it is to transport her family on the gold carts. Prior manangement used to maintain the laundry facilities in pristine condition, I would see staff cleaning periodically. Now the facilities are disgusting to the point that I refuse to wash my clothing there and go elsewhere. At this point I am tired of sending work orders for my issues and tired of speaking to incompetent, unprofessional people who are only capable of taking selfies all day at their desks. My lease will be up shortly and I will gladly be moving out. Given that my issue is yet to be resolved it will probably still exist for the next tenant so I will be reporting them to the Department of Health. I am afraid of any retaliation from these people if I report them prior to my move. So in other words, STAY AWAY! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

    The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older, but the maintenance and office staff (Miguel and Jury) are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.   • Was okay in the beginning

    Place went downhill! There are maybe 2-3 decent employees left. Nothing ever works, pest control sucks, no amenities other then basketball court (was closed for over a year) and a pool. Can't wait until lease is up! I thought it would have gotten better after being bought out but it's been the opposite! All the neighbors have been moving out this past 2 months.
