Outstanding Customer Service
June 6, 2023I had a wonderful experience living here. From the beginning, Valerie the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. She kept me updated on availability and met with me several times to show me different apartments. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless. I rented a two bedroom apartment on the second floor. The apartments are very spacious. The neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Pets are allowed and there is even a special fenced off area for pets to play. The ...location provides easy access to several stores and restaurants and is close to the highway. Service here is terrible !!! Be aware
May 30, 2023On may 8 I give Valeria my application fee, I waited till may 30 to even hear back from her or the company to tell me I was denied because of an eviction, I’ve never had ! They looked up online public records of someone who has a similar name but wasn’t me, They claimed they did an investigation on it but couldn’t provide me background check paperwork To prove they actually did a background check. This company is terrible. They will leave you in the worst position & wait till last min to tell ...you. When she had more than enough time to get back to me sooner & will not provide any documentation about you background. We love it!
December 21, 2021My fiancé and I moved in almost 2 months ago and we love it! It’s a great space for the 2 of us, and having the dog park on site was an added bonus. August 31, 2021I have been at this property for almost 6 months, and to be honest, I have not one complaint! I have a remodeled, one bedroom unit and I love it! Quiet, clean, modern. Best pace I've ever lived
