WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Individuals who are at least 62 years of age and whose annual incomes are less than 60% of the area’s median income are eligible. These limits are as follows: For one individual $27,300; for two persons $31,200. HOW MUCH RENT DOES A RESIDENT PAY? $550 (one-bedroom unit); $660 (twobedroom unit) per month. The monthly rental includes all utilities with the exception of cable television and telephone. There are a number of wheelchair-accessible units available for individuals in need of such features
