About Sutter Place

Sutter Place Apartments is nestled just off of 48th and Hwy 2 in a park like setting with lots of green space, yet the closeness to Hwy 2 offers easy access to various areas of Lincoln. You won't have to go far for shopping, entertainment, or food either! We offer large 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. All floorplans have a large living room, and the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have separate dining areas (or make it your home office). All units have a walk-in closet in either the bedroom (1 bed/1 bath) or the entry closet (2 bed/2 bath & 3 bed/2 bath). There are also 2 laundry facilities in each building. Each apartment has a patio or a balcony to enjoy too! Take a look at our floor plans and photos - we think you'll like what you see. Rates listed are for a 12-month lease. 6 or 9 month leases available for an additional $25.00 per month. Rates and specials subject to change. Contact the office to confirm.
