The worst complex
August 10, 2024Living in this complex for was the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, often ignoring maintenance requests for weeks, if they respond at all. The building itself is poorly maintained, with frequent issues like broken elevators, dirty common areas, and inadequate heating/cooling. Noise is a constant problem, with thin walls that do nothing to block out sound from neighbors. The parking situation is also a nightmare. To top it all off, ...they’ve been extremely slow in returning my security deposit (2 month). It’s clear that once you sign the lease, they couldn’t care less about your experience. December 17, 2019Visited many site and found this was the best. Lease was explained an accurate. Apartment was completely ready and we had no following up maintenance issues. October 4, 2018I lived here for ~30 months and stay was good except towards the end when the owner and leasing manager cheated me and deducted significant money. Though I was in constant touch with leasing manager on my move out date, but still these guys showed their bed intentions while keeping the security deposit which was unethical.
