January 25, 2025My experience has not been horrible, but it has not been the best either. Actually, my first two years living here were pretty good! No complaints except that maintenance never came to fix a window screen that was broken from the day I moved in. I didn't notice it right away, but when I did I put in a maintenance request to have it replaced. It was never done and the request was closed. This has happened on a few occasions with other requests. My car has been vandalized twice in the four ...years I've been here, but not a single time since they installed security cameras. Front desk staff is friendly enough and usually helpful. I haven't experienced any problems with them. There are 3 pools, so there's access to at least one from wherever your apartment is, but all pools are available to everyone. One thing I noticed is that they would normally email residents is the pool was closed. Unfortunately, I've found that they do not always let us know anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 22, 2025They are nice apartments besides paying for amenities I can’t use because they close when the office close and open when the office open. The office doesn’t keep their word and only half the staff is helpful. I recommend if you need something talk to Clara and Alicia. November 24, 2024Love this place so far. Has beautiful trees, an attached park and dog park. Kitchen has more cabinets than I've ever had!! It's so quiet, sometimes I have to look outside to see if it's daytime:). Affordable rent with so many benefits. I am at peace here. November 20, 2024I love living at Sweetwater. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of green plants, quiet walking paths, and amazing views.
