We are looking for qualified tenants for our apartments located at Swope Plaza 3000 East 49th St Kansas City, MO Rent is $600 a month, add an additional $200 for utilities. We require all tenants to sign a 1 year lease. Animals are allowed for a one time deposit of $300. There is a background check that requires you to pay a $45 application fee. You are more than welcome to call us and ask if we received your application and check status of apartment availability. First months rent is required before moving in and a deposit of $600. All apartments are an average of 600 square ft. We do have other units available. Just ask! We do have laundry room on site that you may use. Parking is available for tenants.
