Too Expensive
July 19, 2024This place is too expensive for how outdated everything is. They keep raising the price every year and it doesn't seem like any of the money is going back into to apartment complex. Management is unbearable to deal with on a frequent basis.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management
July 19, 2024I have lived here for 11 months and every time I have any maintenance issue it takes forever for it to get resolved (in a few cases problems were never resolved). Management has a terrible attitude whenever I have to speak with them directly with a problem. All of sycamore canyon apartment staff are terribly unaccommodating.Property Manager Responded

Home sweet home
July 26, 2015I have lived here for almost 13 months and I have loved it. The community is very quiet and close to several shopping areas. Lots of parking for guests and the amenities are great if you partake. Having a washer in dryer in my unit is very important to me so it was a big selling point. It's located close to the 91 freeway and the canyons are a good alternative if you like to take "back routes". I have never had to call management for any problems but maintenance was helpful when I dropped my ...keys in the trash bin. I will likely be moving in the next month or so because management has raised my rent and as a single person it was already pricey. It's a nice place to call home and I am sad I will no longer be able to do so.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
