February 19, 2025The place is not maintained very well in the past several months due to new management. Gates are still broken after last Hurricane which was 4 months ago. The pool has not been maintained. All of the amenities we pay for are not being maintained or able to use like the pool. Disappointed !!Review from Apartments.com

January 27, 2025I have lived at The Ensley for 4 1/2 years. The office staff and Maintenance staff are all wonderful. The staff does a good job of hosting socials and getting the community to come together and get to know their neighbors. The community is a nice community but could use some upgrades to the amenities. Also, it is a gated community and most of the gates that allow access to the community are broken or do not work. All in all it is a good place to call home.Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2025The community living could be kept up better. Many amenities continue to be broken and not fixed in timely matter. This is not a green community as once advertised. No recycling is available. Pets are not picked up after. Breezeway’s are not kept clean or residents are not fined for violations. Some lanais are trashed and not pleasing to see. For the cost of rent here it’s like living in a lower cost apartment rental. People are nice it’s just not a higher class of community if that is what ...you are looking for.Property Manager Responded
