Poorly Managed
September 12, 2024I had the worst experience renting here. Landlord is impossible to communicate with and the super is spread thin with little resources to help. The building was built poorly and is riddled with flooding and mold issues. Garbage disposal was a big issue and as a result the place reeks of something decaying along with weed as it has horrible ventilation. Would not recommend any of the cheaply made overpriced apartments.Review from Apartments.com

I had many specifications I wanted met when moving, and I was lucky enough to have them all accommodated for. I was able to submit an application right after my tour and am proudly moving forth with my decision to move in. A MUST SEE IN-PERSON
October 10, 2022I just finished touring this property and it was such an incredible experience. Loved that it was a new building that was top on my list because it was pet friendly.
