Maintenance team has truly impressed me with how efficient work orders are taken care of. December 6, 2024My experience with Wade and Jared and the Maintenance team at Tacara Weiss Ranch has been absolutely excellent. Their clarity and continual communication before I moved in was excellent. During my move in Wade and Jared checked on me to ensure the apartment was ready to my satisfaction. There were minor items that ended being a warranty call for my fridge but it was fixed within a reasonable timeline and I was informed on the issues. Regarding Maintenance work order they are taken care of ...immediately and completed with great professionalism. I have a dog that stays in my unit during the day and the staff has been super friendly with my dog and I’ve never experienced any issues. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a high end apartment with excellent service. Keep in mind the property overall is still under construction so there’s amenities that are not accessible and security is exclusive to the buildings themselves but the vehicle access is not controlled.Property Manager Responded
