Unbelievably bad

All the staff cares about is putting money into their pockets, they can’t even answer the simplest of questions and not to mention how rude they are considering they don’t know what they’re talking about. Roaches Roaches Roaches
August 6, 2022I wish I could give them 0 stars. These apartments are infested with roaches. We lived here almost a year and it’s been miserable. They have made our 1 bathroom unusable, and we find them in the kitchen and all over our clean dishes. The manager does nothing to fix the infestation, and doesn’t appear to even care. I can’t wait till our lease ends and we can move out I wouldn’t recommend Talavera to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Love living here

Roaches and broken things that never get fixed
April 6, 2021Roach infestation. All I will say!! They do nothing about it. They simply do not care. Broken main stairs. Tell office, 1 week no resolve. Maintenance is awful. Please do not get entangled with this place. You will regret it everyday you live here. Manager is rude and condescending. She would rather argue then help.Property Manager Responded
