February 2, 2024I’ve been a resident at Talent Parkside Apartments for the past three years, and I can confidently say that it’s been an outstanding experience. Here are the key highlights: Maintenance and Amenities: The maintenance team is prompt and efficient. JC and Trey do an amazing job! Any issues I’ve reported were resolved within 24 hours. The fitness center, swimming pool, and community area's are well-maintained and accessible. The pool area is my favorite spot during summers! Responsive ...Management: The office staff, especially Lyna, goes above and beyond to assist residents. Whether it’s lease renewals or addressing concerns, they’re always approachable. Communication channels are clear, and they promptly respond to emails and phone calls. Safety and Security: Talent Parkside Apartments take security seriously. The gated entrance, surveillance cameras, and well-lit pathways ensure a safe environment. I appreciate the regular safety checks! Neighborhood and Convenience: The location is fantastic—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. Talent Oregon is a wonderful place to live. Public transportation options are convenient, making it easy to commute. Community Atmosphere: Neighbors are friendly, and the occasional BBQ or holiday gathering foster a sense of belonging. Poor Constructed at Aggressive Rates
May 13, 2022This place isn't all bad. But they're clearly taking advantage of the housing shortage in the valley. These units were put together by handy men, not contractors, and it shows. I've lived in student housing that held together better than this place. Expect to ask for maintenance often. If the rent was 15-20% lower I'd give it 4-stars.
