July 28, 2015Quaint open space complex. Studio,one,and two bedroom spaces, There is very little parking available on the street and not enough garage parking to go around, the walls are very thin you will hear your neighbors T.V and kids and phone conversations especially at night. Do not rent if you need your peace and quiet. The pipes are leaky the door locks break and there is a bug issue... The up side is the Rent is very very cheap. I'ts close to the 8 and 805 free way. It is off of one Main Street gas ...stations and convenience stores within walking distance as well as a nail salon. Pets Allowed, families Allowed, downstairs units are wheel chair accessible but not inside the unit itself, street parking has one handi cap space.
