October 22, 2024Rooms are decent, but way overpriced for a place that is student living. Not great amenities you have to pay for wash when you are already paying a ridiculous amount for the room. They expect you to pay more to park close to your apartment. The walls have some sort of moisture damage, at least in my room.Property Manager Responded

The management team is responsive and friendly, always willing to address any concerns promptly. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are well-maintained and add great value to the living experience.
